Welcome to SongHalo. These terms govern your use of our website and the custom songs we create for you. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
SongHalo creates personalized songs based on the names, story, and preferences you provide. You'll hear a free preview first, and can order the full versions if you love them.
Our songs are produced using automated music-production technology. The lyrics are written from the details you share, and the vocals and instrumentation are computer-generated. Each song is an original work created for your order.
Once your order is complete, your song is yours to enjoy for personal use — play it, download it, share it with family and friends, and give it as a gift. Commercial use (such as resale, advertising, or broadcast) requires our prior written permission.
Prices are shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's checkout. By ordering, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the amount shown.
You typically hear your free preview within minutes. After you buy, both full versions are available to download immediately on the page and are emailed to you right away. Occasionally a song needs a little extra attention, and we'll keep you posted if so.

Our service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, SongHalo is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your order.
