Hear it first, free
Before any payment, you receive a free preview of your song. If it isn't right for you, simply don't buy it — you're never charged for a preview.
Our money-back guarantee
If you've purchased your full song and you're not happy with it, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right — with a free revision or a full refund. No complicated hoops.
Free revisions
Small fixes are on us. If a name is pronounced or spelled wrong, or a detail needs adjusting, let us know and we'll re-record it at no cost.
How to request a refund or revision

- Include your order number and a quick note about what you'd like changed or refunded.
- We'll respond within 24 hours and take care of it.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take a few business days for the funds to appear.
